Store Policies

We will gladly accept returns in exchange for a full refund for 30 days from the date of our shipment, and will give you a store credit for any items that are returned to us after this time. Please note that we cannot accept any returns or give you a store credit for any item that you are responsible for damaging. Please read the “how-to-care” instructions in the news tab to avoid damages that can occur from improper cleaning.

All items that are returned to us must be returned in their original packaging. We will only be able to credit you for return-shipping charges if your products were damaged at the time that you received them and your damaged products are returned to us using a return-shipping label that we provide to you. Should you need to return any damaged products, please contact us at so that we may provide you with a return-shipping label.

We ship UPS. You have the option to choose from either Ground, 2 day or overnight.  

Fulfillment time.
We do our best to ship within 2 weeks (hopefully on the early side). If you have a rush order, please contact us at so that we can let you know whether we can meet your schedule. Additional charges may apply.  

We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover. If your shipping address is within New York State, we will apply applicable sales tax to your order.

Orders for non-U.S. Shipping Addresses.
Please note that, for the time being, we are servicing U.S. shipping addresses only. Check back for updates.

Other policies.
Please note that we may decline or cancel any order for any reason without prior notification, whether or not your order has been confirmed or your credit card has been charged. In the event that we cancel any order after your credit card has been charged, we will promptly issue a credit to the credit card you used for the amount that was charged.

Without limiting the foregoing, we may without prior notification decline or cancel any order for any product that is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in pricing information received from our suppliers, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.

Product prices, shipping/delivery costs, types of shipping methods, and other terms and conditions of sale are subject to change. Publishing information about a product on this website does not ensure its availability.
